On May 21, 2025, the Reporting Person was granted a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") award in the amount of 21,409 shares of Class A Common stock (the "RSU Award"). On July 15, 2025, the Reporting Person and the Issuer agreed to cancel 20,071 unvested RSUs subject to the RSU Award. In connection with that cancellation, the Issuer granted the Reporting Person a replacement grant of Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units ("PRSUs") that are subject to both performance- and time-based vesting conditions. Consistent with the Issuer's past practice, the PSUs will be reported, if and to the extent earned, in a future Form 4 following the Issuer's determination of performance results.
