Represents a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will vest one third on the first, second and third anniversary of May 30, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock. | The securities reported in this line item represent AST Common Units. At any time on or after April 6, 2022, these AST Common Units may be redeemed by the Reporting Person in exchange for shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer on a one-to-one basis.
