Reflects grant of restricted stock units under the Issuer's non-employee director compensation policy. One-quarter of the units vested upon grant and the remaining three-quarters of the units will vest in three equal installments on April 1, 2026, July 1, 2026 and October 1, 2026. The units convert into shares of common stock on a one-for-one basis.
