Mr. Wool serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dominari Securities LLC. As such, he may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of shares of Class A common stock held directly by Dominari Securities LLC. Mr. Wool disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest he may have therein, directly or indirectly. | New America Sponsor I LLC is the record holder of 12,500,000 shares of Class B common stock ("founder shares") and 600,000 private shares.
