On April 15, 2026, the reporting person acquired 6,385.696 shares of the Issuer's common stock in connection with the vesting of 12,771.392 of the restricted stock units originally granted to the reporting person on April 14, 2025 as an award under the Issuer's 2024 Manager Equity Incentive Plan. Each vested restricted stock unit settled 50% in the Issuer's common stock and 50% in the cash value thereof. The remaining 25,542.784 restricted stock units originally granted to the reporting person on April 14, 2025 will vest in equal installments on April 15, 2027 and April 15, 2028.
