The total reported in column 5 includes: (1) 4,103 reported restricted stock units ("RSUs") which vest in 4 equal quarterly installments beginning on June 1, 2025; (2) 8,127 reported RSUs which vest in 8 equal quarterly installments beginning on June 1, 2025; (3) 5,088 reported RSUs which vest in 12 equal quarterly installments beginning on June 1, 2025; and (4) 8,298 newly granted RSUs, which will vest on the earlier of (i) the day immediately preceding the date of the first annual meeting of the Issuer's stockholders following the date of the grant and (ii) the first anniversary of the date of grant.
