("Post") common stock from four grantor retained annuity trusts (the "GRATs"), which were established for the benefit of his four adult children. The Reporting Person was not the beneficial owner of the shares while they were held by the GRATs. In exchange for the shares, Reporting Person paid a share price of $109.115 per share in cash. This share price was determined based on the average of the high and low share prices for Post common stock on June 5, 2025 of $109.75 and $108.48, respectively.
