Represents a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will vest over a four-year period. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each of the applicable vesting dates, 1/4 of the RSUs shall vest on the one-year anniversary of March 19, 2026, and 1/16 of the RSUs shall vest quarterly in substantially equal installments thereafter. | Represents a grant of stock options (the "Options").
