The matching stock unit contribution vests 25% on each of October 17, 2025, January 17, 2026, April 17, 2026, and July 17, 2026. Such vesting is subject to acceleration or cancellation upon the occurrence of certain events. | As a result of these transactions the reporting person has an additional 342 stock units in the Plan.
