Each Restricted Share Unit ("RSU") represents a right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A common shares or Class C common shares, as the case may be. | The RSUs will vest in full on the date of the Issuer's 2026 annual general meeting. | The option vests in three equal annual installments commencing on the date of the Issuer's 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders and on the date of each annual general meeting of shareholders thereafter. | The RSUs vested in full on the date of the Issuer's 2025 annual general meeting. | The share fund units represent the economic equivalent of one share of the corresponding class of the Issuer's common shares. The share fund units confer no voting or other rights of stock ownership.
