Restricted stock units ("RSUs") convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis. | Shares withheld for payment of applicable taxes upon vesting of RSUs in accordance with Rule 16b-3. | Subject to certain vesting conditions and exceptions, these restricted stock units vest on March 4, 2031. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting. | As previously disclosed, these RSUs were granted on March 5, 2025, and vest in four installments as follows: 25% on March 5, 2026; 25% on March 5, 2027; 25% on March 5, 2028; and 25% on March 5, 2029.
