Each Performance Share Unit ("PSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock, subject to the achievement of applicable performance criteria over a three-year performance period beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028. The target number of PSUs is reported in Column 5.
