Represents performance-based restricted stock units ("PRSUs") granted to the Reporting Person on April 9, 2025. In light of the performance-based vesting condition, this grant was not reportable under Section 16 until the performance metric was satisfied. On March 25, 2026, it was determined that the performance metric had been met.
