The previous Form 4 filed in respect of the listed transaction is being amended to indicate that 15,703 shares were transferred from the reporting person in her individual capacity to a revocable trust. The reporting person is the sole trustee and beneficiary of that revocable trust. | These shares of Class A Common Stock are issuable upon vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). These RSUs vest upon the satisfaction of a service condition.
