Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. | The shares subject to the underlying RSUs shall vest on the earlier of (i) June 11, 2025 and (ii) the date of the Issuer's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of services to the Issuer on such vesting date.
