Represents a restricted stock unit ("RSU") award. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. This RSU award was granted in February 2025 subject to performance-based vesting conditions pertaining to 2025 performance, the achievement of which was certified by the Compensation Committee on February 18, 2026.
