This amendment provides the correct number of shares of DY common stock withheld for the payment of tax liability incident to the vesting of TRSUs and PRSUs by the Reporting Person, and correspondingly, corrects the number of shares held directly by the Reporting Person following such disposition. | Includes unvested TRSUs.
