("Merger Sub") with and into issuer (the "Merger") pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 5, 2025, by and among issuer, AMETEK, Inc., AMETEK TP, Inc. and Merger Sub (the "Merger Agreement").
