This filing corrects an administrative error in the Form 4 filed on behalf of the Reporting Person on November 8, 2023. In that report, a sale of 2,106 shares of common stock that took place on November 6, 2023, was timely reported but was inadvertently attributed to the Reporting Person's indirect ownership via a Family Trust. In fact, these shares were sold directly by the Reporting Person. Accordingly, the post-transaction balances in Column 5 have been adjusted by increasing the shares held indirectly by the Family Trust by 2,106 and decreasing the shares held directly by the same amount to reflect the correct holdings.
