Such withholding was mandated by the Issuer by a policy adopted in advance and does not represent a discretionary trade by the Reporting Person. | Reflects shares of Class B Common Stock of the Issuer ("Class B Common Stock") held of record by the Lee Revocable Living Trust (the "Lee Trust") for the benefit of the Reporting Person, the Reporting Person's spouse, and beneficiaries.
