On March 5, 2026, the reporting person was awarded 58,252 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Ready Capital Corporation 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, which represent the right to receive one share of Common Stock of the Issuer for each RSU at vesting or, at the election of the reporting person, a deferred settlement date. The RSUs will vest in equal installments of one-quarter on March 31, 2026, June 30, 2026, September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
