The stock option grant was approved by the Compensation Committee of SmartKem, Inc.'s (the "Company") board of directors on April 15, 2025, subject to stockholder approval of an Amendment to the SmartKem, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Amendment").
