Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock. | Represents a payment of tax liability by withholding securities incident to the vesting of RSUs representing 22,247 shares of Class A Common Stock issued in accordance with Rule 16b-3, resulting in a net vested number of 16,829 shares. These RSUs represent one-half of the 44,494 RSUs originally granted on August 19, 2024. The RSUs vested immediately following certification by the issuer's compensation committee that the applicable performance conditions had been satisfied, pursuant to an amendment to the original grant, which had provided for vesting 30 days after such certification.
