Represents an award of 23,962 restricted stock units ("RSUs") by the issuer for Sean Goodman, of which 11,981 vested on June 30, 2025 (the date of grant), and 11,981 will vest on June 30, 2026. | Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock.
