Represents an award of 38,339 restricted stock units ("RSUs") by the issuer, of which 19,170 vested on June 30, 2025 (the date of grant), and 19,170 will vest on June 30, 2026. | Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A common stock.
