(the "Issuer") common stock. | On February 22, 2026, the Reporting Person's RSUs vested. The closing price of Immunity Bio, Inc.'s common stock on February 20, 2026 was the settlement price used to calculate the shares withheld. | Represents the weighted average share price of an aggregate total of 165,000 shares sold in the price range of $9.89 to $10.635 by the Reporting Person.
