Represents the number of shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of restricted stock unit awards. The securities of the Issuer retained by the Reporting Person remain subject to the terms a lock-up agreement entered into with the underwriters for the Issuer's initial public offering, pursuant to which the Reporting Person agreed, subject to certain exceptions, not to directly or indirectly sell or otherwise transfer securities of the Issuer for a period of 180 days following the date of the final prospectus relating to the initial public offering, which was October 26, 2025.
