A grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") was awarded to the Reporting Person on April 4, 2025, as reported on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 8, 2025 ("April 2025 RSU Grant"). Due to an inadvertent calculation error, the number of RSUs awarded pursuant to the April 2025 RSU Grant was incorrect. The April 2025 RSU Grant was cancelled without any value received by the Reporting Person, and the June 2025 RSU Grant was issued in lieu thereof ("June 2025 RSU Grant"). | Represents a grant of RSUs. Each RSU represents a right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting.
