On May 29, 2025, the Reporting Person was awarded 10,958 restricted stock units (the "RSUs") under the Rush Street Interactive, Inc. 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. The RSUs vest as of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders to be held in calendar year 2026. | These shares are held directly by Isalea Investments LP, of which the Reporting Person is the Managing Member. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares held directly by Isalea Investments LP. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares, and this Form 4 shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
