The RSUs will vest on the earliest of (i) the end of the reporting person's service on the board of directors of Trulieve, (ii) a change of control of Trulieve, or (iii) December 1, 2031. | This transaction was originally reported in a Form 4 filed on November 21, 2024 (the "Original Form 4"). This transaction is being re-reported in this Form 4 to correct that the securities acquired in the transaction are beneficially owned by the reporting person indirectly through the Thronson Family Trust UA; the securities were incorrectly reported in the Original Form 4 as being directly owned by the reporting person due to a clerical error.
