This transaction reflects the issuance of shares following the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service. | Represents Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSUs"), each of which represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer on a future date. The DSUs will vest upon the earlier of (i) June 5, 2026 or (ii) the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service; the DSUs generally will not be settled into shares of Class A Common Stock until after the reporting person's departure from the board of directors. | The reporting person elected to receive DSUs in lieu of cash retainer payments for service on the Issuer's board of directors.
