This transaction reflects the issuance of shares following the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service. | Represents RSUs, each of which represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer following the vesting date. The RSUs will vest upon the earlier of (i) June 5, 2026 or (ii) the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service. | The reporting person elected to receive RSUs in lieu of cash retainer payments for service on the Issuer's board of directors.
