Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock, generally subject to the reporting person's continued service. | Represents Deferred Restricted Stock Units ("DSUs"), each of which represents a contingent right to receive a share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer on a future date.
