On December 16, 2025, 258,000 shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock were transferred from the Urmson Family Revocable Trust (the "Revocable Trust") to the Urmson 2022 Irrevocable Family Trust (the "Irrevocable Trust") for no consideration. There was no purchase or sale of the Issuer's Class A common stock in connection with the transfer. The reporting person is a trustee, settlor and beneficiary of the Revocable Trust.
