On November 13, 2025 (the "Grant Date"), 66,171 restricted stock units ("RSUs") were granted to the reporting person under the Hudson Global, Inc. 2009 Incentive Stock and Awards Plan, as amended and restated (the "2009 Plan"). The RSUs granted hereunder shall vest in equal annual installments for a three-year period beginning on the Grant Date, subject to continuous service by the reporting person.
