Shares withheld upon vesting of restricted stock to pay tax withholding obligations. | Represents matching options to purchase shares of the Company's common stock granted to the reporting person equal to the number of shares purchased by the reporting person on February 10, 2025 (the "Purchased Shares") pursuant to the Company's 2018 Employee Stock Option Grant Program. The options will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date, provided the reporting person remains a full-time employee of the Company and continues to hold the Purchased Shares, in each case, through the vesting date.
