Reflects shares issuable upon the settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs will vest in 12 equal quarterly installments measured from April 1, 2026, the vesting commencement date, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each applicable vesting date. | Includes 229,040 shares issuable upon the vesting and settlement of RSUs granted to the Reporting Person, as well as the following vested performance restricted stock units ("PRSUs"): (i) 2,489 PRSUs, which will be released to the Reporting Person in March 2027, and (ii) an aggregate of 35,278 PRSUs, 50% of which will be released in April 2027, with the remainder to be released in April 2028.
