Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Post Holdings, Inc. ("Post") common stock. The RSUs were granted under the Post Holdings, Inc. Amended and Restated 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "A&R 2021 LTIP") in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3 and vest in equal annual increments over three years, subject to the terms of the award agreement. | Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Post common stock.
