Each restricted share unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer. Reflects a time-based conditional award, as defined in the CRH plc Equity Incentive Plan (the "EIP"), of RSUs of which 1/3 will vest on the grant anniversary in May 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively (the "Awards"). In accordance with the EIP, dividend equivalents will apply to these Awards and will be reported at the time of vesting. | As discussed in the Registrant's Form 8-K filed on April 17, 2025, the Reporting Person received a one-time grant of RSUs.
