Each restricted share unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer. Reflects a time-based conditional award, as defined in the CRH plc Equity Incentive Plan (the "EIP"), of RSUs of which 1/3 will vest on the grant anniversary in May 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively (the "Awards").
