The PSUs were originally granted on March 1, 2023 and were subject to performance-based vesting over a three-year performance period ending February 27, 2026, based on (i) relative and absolute Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") metrics and (ii) cumulative adjusted EBITDA performance.
