Represents shares of common stock issued upon the vesting and settlement of Performance Share Units ("PSUs"). The PSUs were originally granted on March 1, 2023 and were subject to performance-based vesting over a three-year performance period ending February 27, 2026, based on (i) relative and absolute Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") metrics and (ii) cumulative adjusted EBITDA performance. On March 3, 2026, the Compensation and Management Development Committee certified the level of achievement of the applicable performance criteria, which certification triggered vesting of the award. The number of shares reported reflects the PSUs earned based on such certified performance results. | PSUs convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.
