Represents RSUs granted under the company's 2021 Incentive Award Plan which vest in full the earlier of (i) the day immediately preceding the Annual Stockholders Meeting after the grant date or (ii) the first anniversary of the grant date provided that the Reporting Person remains in continuous service on the applicable vesting date. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. | The previously disclosed nominee agreement between the Reporting Person and Verlinvest Beverages SA ("Verlinvest") terminated on June 3, 2025. As a result, the Reporting Person will not deliver the RSUs to Verlinvest upon vesting. In addition, the Reporting Person may no longer be deemed to have shared voting power with respect to the shares of common stock held of record by Verlinvest.
