Mr. Dines retains sole voting and investment power with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock held by Ice Vulcan Holding Limited. | The indirect beneficial ownership of 9,615,297 shares held by Ice Vulcan Holding Limited (an entity controlled by the reporting person) existed as of the reporting period of the prior Form 4 filed on December 18, 2025, and was inadvertently omitted. These holdings are reported herein to correct that omission and reflect total beneficial ownership as of the date of the previously filed Form 4. No transaction occurred on such date related to these holdings.
