These securities are restricted stock units. Each restricted stock unit represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. The restricted stock units vest over five years as follows: (i) 18.75% of the shares on February 15, 2029 and each three-month anniversary thereafter through November 15, 2029; and (ii) 6.25% of the shares on February 15, 2030 and each three-month anniversary thereafter through November 15, 2030. | Certain of these securities are restricted stock units.
