These securities are restricted stock units. Each restricted stock unit represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. The restricted stock units vest quarterly over four years as follows: (i) 7.85% of the shares on May 15, 2026 and each three-month anniversary thereafter through November 15, 2026; (ii) 8.31% of the shares on February 15, 2027 and each three-month anniversary thereafter through November 15, 2027; (iii) 5% of the shares on February 15, 2028 and each three-month anniversary thereafter through November 15, 2029; and (iv) 3.21% of the shares on February 15, 2030. | Certain of these securities are restricted stock units. Each restricted stock unit represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock, subject to the applicable vesting schedule through February 15, 2030. In the event the Reporting Person ceases to be a Service Provider, the unvested restricted stock units will be cancelled by the Issuer.
